Terms of Use for Printer Smart

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Printer Smart (the “App”) provided by PrinterSmart (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) The App

Printer enables printing from your iOS device to AirPrint-compatible printers. You are responsible for providing a compatible device, network access, and printer.

2) License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal or internal business use and in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s App Store Terms.

3) User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
  
  

• Not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
  
  

• Not interfere with or disrupt the App, networks, or servers
  
  

• Not use the App to infringe others’ rights or print unlawful content
  
  

4) Third-party services & printers

AirPrint and printer services are provided by third parties (Apple, printer manufacturers, network providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or policies. Your use of such services may be subject to their terms.
