Step 1: Check Router

  - Make sure your router supports WPS and the function is enabled

  - Find the WPS button on your router

  - Usually labeled as WPS or has Wi-Fi symbol

  Step 2: Prepare Printer

  - Turn on the printer and find the WPS button on the control panel

  - Button may be called WPS, Wi-Fi or have corresponding symbol

  - If there's no button, look in printer menu

  Step 3: Activate WPS on Router

  - Press and hold the WPS button on router for 2-3 seconds

  - WPS indicator on router should start blinking

  - You have 2 minutes for the next step

  Step 4: Connect Printer

  - Press the WPS button on printer within 2 minutes

  - Printer will try to connect to Wi-Fi

  - Process may take up to 2 minutes

 Step 5: Check Connection

  - Make sure the printer connected to Wi-Fi network

  - Print a test page

  - Check Wi-Fi status on printer display

  - Wi-Fi indicator should be solid

  Step 1: Connect Printer to Computer

  - Connect printer to computer with USB cable

  - Use original USB cable

  - Connect to computer USB port

  - Turn on printer

  Step 2: Configure Wi-Fi via Computer

  - Open printer settings and configure Wi-Fi

  - Go to System Preferences and select "Printers & Scanners"

  - Select your Wi-Fi network

  - Enter Wi-Fi password

  Step 3: Disconnect USB Cable

  - After successful Wi-Fi setup, disconnect USB cable

  - Printer should remain connected to Wi-Fi

  - Check connection status on printer

Step 4: Check AirPrint

  - Make sure printer is available

  - Open our app and select printer

  - Your printer should appear in the list
